Where to sell N scale and HO scale trains?

I recently came in possession of quite a few model trains and wondering where i could sell them.

    Since I’m unaware of where you are, I can only give you a few general suggestions:

    Go to your local model-hobby shop and post a message of what items you have.

    Go to the National Model Railroad Association website and post a message. This requires $55 membership, but you’d recover that with selling just a few cars. http://www.nmra.com/

    You can also use that site to locate clubs and stores near you to try to sell off your newly acquired equipment.

    AND of course there is always eBay.

    try ebay, kijiji, craigslist, amazon first, but don’t expect allot of cash though. if that fails look around at different hobby dealers, normally they’ll make a trade with you for some store credit.
