Does Finance Minister Mukherjee understand the resonant difference between creating equality for ALL?

of the peoples in Sri Lanka and subsisting on an “interdependent” relationship with India?

The two notions are diametrically opposite and the only way to bring them in line is for India to remove its wanton lust for Sri Lanka and to make compensation and prosecute the LTTE leadership that exists within India. India just had another train derailment today and there is no reason for India to be so transfixed on the North and East of Sri Lanka. Make compensation prior to attempts of talking investment. The last thing that Sri Lanka needs or desires is India’s billion plus population depending on Sri Lanka when India with its stockpile of Swiss Bank Accounts and the feeling that they have a superior method of government should take care of their own and create equal footing with its neighbors by actually paying for goods and services instead of constantly expecting something for nothing or much for very little. Sri Lanka’s independence and sovreignity are issues that have been at hand by India for much too long and this thirty year bout of terrorist aggression that was fostered, funded and harbored on Indian shores must be adequately handled including compensation. Sri Lanka is not sufficiently interested in being an Indian Model for anything for the negatives outweigh the positives but we also understand that there are efforts within India to stem its own corruptions and double dealings but the results of that are far from yet seen. But the continual support from some sections of your government for terrorist actions in Sri Lanka is not a matter that can be brushed under a rug for we in Sri Lanka are determined to bring this imposition to an END. India’s historical quest for for a quick fix (for its seeming benefit) without considering the nuts and bolts of issues can be readily compared to its level of train derailments. Both of Mukherjee’s initiatives are faulty constructs.

Politicians make silly statements to appeal to their constituency. Its no use taking their statements at face value.

BTW, how much time did you take to write this looong question?
